Sean Reid, Dean of the School of Business, says, “I am very excited that Ithaca College has become a participating institution in the PhD Project. Our accrediting body, AACSB International and several partners including the KPMG Foundation, the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC), and the Citi Foundation established the PhD Project hopeful that a more diverse business faculty would lead to advances in workplace diversity.
