Dr. Nia and several Ithaca College students, as well as Ithaca youth from the Community Unity Music Education Program (CUMEP) will be performing her choreography of “Strange Fruit” – a dance that illustrates the story of the relationship between the Anti-Lynching Movement and the Black Lives Matter Movement.
