The E7250 is smaller and almost 2 pounds lighter, and should meet the needs of the majority of faculty and staff. Effective immediately, the Dell Latitude model E7250 will become the standard Windows laptop offered through the Technology Renewal Program, and for new purchases through the ITS Catalog in iProcurement. This is likely due to security changes implemented in the latest version of Chrome. Currently, Parnassus is only accessible through Internet Explorer on Windows, or Safari on Macs. This applies to both "self-service" and "core apps" functions of Parnassus. ITS is investigating solutions to allow Parnassus to be accessed from other browsers. The members of the Diversity Awareness Committee (DAC) would like to announce that we have made some changes to the format of our monthly meetings. The DAC monthly meetings will now be open for all community members and will be an opportunity to learn, discuss and share perspectives on a wide variety of diversity and inclusion topics. 
Join your colleagues next Thursday morning and learn about IC Marketplace, the College’s new e-procurement tool. That’s just one of the updates planned for the September Dollars and $ense meeting. 
Please join us for this one-hour community learning webinar which focuses on techniques to effectively interrupt bias within the academic workplace followed by a 30 minute discussion. Learn how to use a new, innovative, model of organizational change: metrics driven bias interrupters that hold the promise of creating a more inclusive workplace. This is part of a webinar series sponsored by the Office of the Associate Provost Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement and the Office of Human Resources. Refreshments will be provided.
