Beginning on Monday, June 14th, the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management will be conducting a sweep of the campus for the purpose of removing bicycles and bicycle parts that are abandoned and/or locked to anything other than a bicycle rack. The sweep is being conducted to improve campus safety, maximize the availability of bike parking resources, and improve the beauty of our campus environment.

This is a reminder that in order to perform required maintenance on the campus electrical infrastructure, the Office of Facilities will be conducting its annual power shutdown on Saturday, June 5, 2021.

SARASOTA, Fla. – The nationally ranked No. 3 Ithaca College women's crew team completed its 2021 season on Saturday, May 29 at the NCAA Division III Championships at Nathan Benderson Park with a third place overall finish. Ithaca accumulated 33 points in the championships, barely edged out by Hamilton with 34 points. Bates won its fourth consecutive national title with 42 points.

The IC men's and women's track & field teams competed at the NCAA Division III Championships last week, May 27-29, in Greensboro, N.C. The women's team sent seven student-athletes, while the men sent two.

At the conclusion of the championship, the women finished fourth in the country and the men tied for 30th.

Dear Ithaca College Community,

From Wednesday, May 19, through Friday, May 21, members of the Ithaca College Board of Trustees met on campus for our regular May meetings. This was the first time trustees had met on South Hill since October 2019, and the board sincerely enjoyed reconnecting with members of this community and one another during a time of such joy and celebration for our Class of 2021. We offer our congratulations to graduating students, and our sincere appreciation for the engagement of this campus community as the board convened to conduct college business.

At its May meetings, the Ithaca College Board of Trustees elected Lewis “Lee” Bird ’86 and Traci W. Hughes ’85 as term trustees. James E. Taylor ’00, who has served as an alumni trustee since 2017, was also elected as a term trustee. All three will serve for four-year terms.
