All campus residents except for graduating seniors, Resident Assistants, and Circle Apartment residents are required to vacate their rooms no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 10, 2014 unless they receive written approval from the Office of Residential Life to remain. For students with a final exam scheduled, or final papers/projects due on Monday, May 12, 2014, the deadline to vacate their rooms will be extended until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. ITS has several changes to announce for Technology Renewal starting June 1 with the Summer 2014 lab system installs.
Ergonomics is simply fitting the job to the person. It is a way to modify and adapt your working space to create a supportive environment that protects the body. Located on the Ithaca College website, under the Office of Human Resources' Work/Life section, there is a brand new section titled “Ergonomics: A Workstation that Works for You!” Please follow this link to the page: 
Jake Brenner, assistant professor of Environmental Studies and Sciences, Mary McKean, Environmental Studies ‘15, and Rhoda Meador, director of the Gerontology Institute, presented a workshop entitled “Grey and Green: Cultivating Active Retirees” at the 33rd annual Making Brooklyn Bloom Conference: Sowing Connections, Growing Gardeners, on March 8, 2014 at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

The Sustainability Café on Monday, March 17th will feature Dr. Nancy Menning presenting “Climate Change and the Humanities.” The Café will be held in Center for Natural Sciences Room 112 at 4:00PM, in conjunction with the Environmental Seminar. The Spring 2014 Sustainability Café/Environmental Seminar series is focused on the concept of Campus Sustainability: Hiding in Plain Sight. 
Jim Rutman, an agent with Sterling Lord Literistic since 1998, will visit Ithaca College on Wednesday, March 19 at 2:30 p.m. in the Handwerker Gallery to talk with students about the publishing world.
