“Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)” parallels the evolution of the corporation alongside the evolution of its social responsibility. "International Standard Organization (ISO)" summarizes the multiple plenary sessions held in various nations to develop the new standard for CSR—ISO 26000. Young is very passionate about CSR and has integrated the ideas of ISO 26000 into her Human Communication in Organizations and Government and Stakeholder Relations courses.
