Soprano Deborah Lifton will preview her Merkin Hall debut concert in Ithaca on Sunday, December 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hockett Family Recital Hall in the James J. Whalen Center for Music. Pianist Charis Dimaras will collaborate.
The Ithaca College Symphony, under Jeffery Meyer's direction, will present a free concert in Ford Hall on Sunday, December 2, at 4:00 p.m. They will be joined by the Women's Chorale, directed by Janet Galvan, for Debussy's "Nocturnes."
Work by Bruce A. North of the Department of Art is included in an exhibit, All Paintings Great and Small, at the Cooley Gallery in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
In collaboration with the Student Activities Board, Sustainability at Ithaca is presenting a special free screening of The 11th Hour on Thursday, November 29, at 7:00 p.m. in Park Auditorium at Ithaca College. A moderated faculty discussion forum will immediately follow the conclusion of the film.
