A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Michael Mahler on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Bangs Funeral Home. Angus Godwin, professor of vocal performance at Ithaca College’s School of Music, will present a free concert of music of George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, and the like on Sunday, October 30, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hockett Family Recital Hall. He will be assisted by Steve Brown, guitar; Gordon Stout, marimba; and Nicholas Walker, string bass.
