Mary Bentley will discuss how she uses meditation as one of the health behaviors that is a part of a project called “5 for 5” - experiencing 5 small, healthful behavior changes for 5 days each – in her class “Wellness: multicultural perspectives on Health and Healing”.

Ithaca Dining Services is collecting donations to benefit The BackPack Program for The Food Bank of the Southern Tier until Friday, November 30th.

Any amount is accepted, but did you know that a small $3.00 donation will fill a BackPack with food for a child in need? The BackPack Program bridges the gap over the weekend to ensure that a child is guaranteed 3 meals per day while not in school. Donate today at any retail dining register and feed a child in need.

Help us beat our goal of $5,000 - That's 1,666 BackPacks for children in Tompkins County!

Recently, New York State enacted new legal requirements concerning workplace Sexual Harassment.  The College currently has a policy prohibiting workplace sexual and gender-based harassment (https://www.ithaca.edu/policies/vol2/volume_2-206/).  Nevertheless, the College is carefully reviewing current policy in light of the State’s recent legal guidance.  Once a thorough legal review is completed, and if revisions to our policy are appropriate, we will disseminate the revised policy to all employees.  A harassment-free environment is integral to our values and mission as an institution.
