Apple has issued a battery replacement program for their 13” MacBook Pro laptops manufactured from October 2016 through October 2017. We have reviewed all College owned 13” MacBook Pro serial numbers purchased, during this period, and none of the laptops are part of this Apple program. Please share the below link to Apple’s battery replacement notification with anyone owning a 13” MacBook Pro laptop.

Composer and librettist Hugh M. McElyea will be joining the Diversity and Inclusion Discussion Circle on Thursday, June 7th at noon in Klingenstein Lounge in the Campus Center. Mr. McElyea plans to share stories about his life and his work, specifically his music composition for the theatrical performance “Tenebrae: The Passion of Dietrich Bonhoeffer” offered on June 16, 2018 at Cornell University.

HSA 5498-SA Tax Forms

Starting on May 1, 2018 HSA members can view their 5498-SA tax form on the PayFlex member website. If you elected to get a paper copy, PayFlex will mail it to you. You don’t need it to file your taxes. But you should keep this form with your tax records.  
 
Form 5498-SA includes pretax contributions from your paycheck, any contributions you made on their own (post-tax), and any employer contributions. These are contributions posted to your HSA for 2017. PayFlex also send a copy of the form to the IRS.

Íko Systems is an agriculture, technology and design startup developing plant machines: climate controlled micro-greenhouses for the home. We want to enable gourmets and foodies to grow the herbs they can't source otherwise, right in their kitchens.  

At the moment all four founders are graduating Cornell and we have a team of 10 engineers, designers and botanists, full time this summer, based in Ithaca. 

 We will be tabling on-campus Thursday, May 3rd, 11:00 am- 2:00 pm in the Park School of Communications lobby to talk with you about what we're offering.
