The Provost's Office invites current Ithaca College employees who meet the required qualifications to apply for the position of Faculty Information Specialist.

This position will provide administrative and operational support within the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Educational Affairs.  Oversee the monitoring, collecting and verifying faculty data and information.  Coordinate the Faculty Tenure and Promotion process, the Faculty Appeals process, and the Grievance process.  Coordinate submission of faculty reviews, sabbatical reports and transcript of highest degree completed. In addition, oversee non-board related Convocation day events as well as assist with the academic portion of Commencement.

What's Your Secret?

Does your student organization do something well that you want to share with other student organizations? Do you think you have mastered a specific skill to being a successful student organization officer? Then share your secrets with your peers at the Student Organization Conference. OSEMA is looking for presenters for the 2nd Annual Student Organization Conference. To submit a proposal click here. Proposals must be submitted by July 10 for consideration.

 The Student Organization Conference is from 10am-4pm on September 17 in Emerson Suites.

A workgroup recently revised the procedures for creating course packs and course readers to comply with copyright requirements. These new procedures have been communicated to the schools and should make the process and timeline easier for faculty on campus.

The Online Performance Review process for FY 2015-16 is currently available.  The performance review process can be accessed through IC Employee Self-Service in Parnassus.  All performance reviews must be completed and acknowledged by Thursday, June 30, 2016.

 Summer is finally here! We hope that you're all enjoying the warm weather and sunshine! 

First, we have some exciting news: Terrace Dining Hall is currently under renovation! We hope that you'll stop in for a lunch or dinner once it's completed in August. Until then, our Administrative Offices have moved to the 3rd floor of Friends Hall. 

Sandella's Café and the Food Court are now open for your dining needs. Here are our Summertime Hours of Operation. Keep your eyes peeled for BOGO opportunities and special limited time offers!
