The Fitness Center's Spring 2018 group fitness schedule will begin on Monday 1/29/18.  All of our group exercise classes are offered free of charge and open to all members of the Ithaca College campus community. Class sign-ups are available 12 hours in advance online at recreation.ithaca.edu as well as at the Fitness Center front desk. There are a limited number of slots available for each class so please register early, and plan on arriving a few minutes before the scheduled start time.  For a short walk through of the new online sign up for classes on our website, check out this video! On the login screen, please be sure to click the "Sign in with Netpass" link before entering your Netpass credentials.  Enjoy!

Welcome back students! 

Registration for block 3 sports is now open! We are offering 5v5 basketball, innertube water polo and badminton. Registration for basketball closes this Thursday (1/25) at noon. The captains meeting for basketball will also be held this Thursday (1/25) at 5:30 pm in Hill center. You can pay your forfeit bonds before or at the meeting, please bring two $25 checks made out to Ithaca College or you can pay the $50 via credit, debit, or PayPal. If you played sports last semester we can also transfer those bonds to this block. Games start this Sunday (1/28) at 6 pm.  

Registration for badminton and water polo will close next Thursday (2/1) at noon. The captains meeting will also be held next Thursday (2/1) at 5:30 pm in Hill Center. Please have your forfeit bonds ready. Water polo is $50 (either card or two $25 checks) and badminton is $30 (either card or two $15 checks). Games will begin Sunday February 11th.

Dear Students, 

As we begin the Spring semester, you may find yourself in the midst of various conversations on campus related to the topics of mental health and sexual abuse. These conversations may be difficult and uncomfortable for many of you. As someone who is committed to your growth and development, I encourage you to take the time to process and engage in meaningful discussions with your peers as well as with faculty and staff. My hope is that you find spaces where you feel safe to express your questions, concerns, and opinions in a respectful and thoughtful manner.

As you are probably aware, apps.ithaca.edu is a centralized hub for providing quick and easy access to most web-based applications used across campus. Over winter break some small changes were made to the page. Degree Works and IC Marketplace tiles were added, while AlcoholEDU was moved to the list of links below the tile grid.
