The May 27th deadline is fast approaching for student employees to fill out the orange "Hold at Phillips Hall P.O." card and to take it to the registrar's office if you desire to receive mail on campus during the summer.  You must check for your mail at least once a week.

This card is available at the Phillips Hall Post Office, the Mail Center and Emerson Hall during check in.

After May 27th, if we do not see as the local address in our mail forwarding system to "Hold Mail at Phillips Hall," your mail will be returned to the sender or forwarded to your home address. This will include packages and letter mail. We are looking up hundreds of pieces of mail each day and it is important to have this information in our system if you want to receive mail on campus.

We only sort mail into mail boxes for College Circle residents during the summer.
