The first was at the invitation of the Philosophy Department of the University of Amsterdam on "Women's Self-Emancipation Through the Qur'an," at the de Balie Cultural Center on November 21st. The second, "Does the Qur'an Support Gender Equality?" was given at the University of Groningen on November 23rd.
