Janice Levy, associate professor in the Department of Cinema and Photography, is one of four Ithaca area artists whose work is being featured this summer at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell University. Levy has seven large photographic tableaux in the "Ithaca Artists Series II" exhibit that runs through August 14, 2005.

    Booming sounds Friday afternoon (July 1) from South Hill will be the all-clear signal for the 58th annual Ithaca Community Fireworks Show. Beginning at 2 p.m., an aerial salute that can be heard for miles around will be fired every hour on the hour by fireworks technicians as a reminder that the show is a "go."

    The NCAA spring sports championship highlight show will air Saturday, July 2, at 5:00 p.m. on CBS. The show features highlights of NCAA spring sport champions in all sports and all divisions, including the IC women’s crew which won its second straight national title.
