 The Fitness Center's summer hours will be ending on Sunday 8/5/18.  We will be operating with reduced hours from Monday 8/6 through Sunday 8/26. The Fitness Center will open with our full academic year hours on Monday 8/27/18.  For a complete listing of our hours of operation please visit our website.

The First Look Program is designed for incoming first-generation college students to help with the transition to college and welcome them to the first-gen community at IC. 

Students will be able to move in a day early on Friday, August 24th, become familiar with IC’s campus and build on their talents to prepare them for their first year of college.

Anthony Adornato, assistant professor of journalism, will be a workshop presenter August 5 in Washington, D.C. at the annual conference of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC). The workshop – “Hands-On Mobile Journalism Workshop: Tips, Demos and Original Content” – will introduce participants to the latest industry practices of multimedia journalism and discuss how to integrate them into journalism curricula.

We would like to share some updates around previously announced changes within Student Affairs & Campus Life. As we begin a new academic year, please note that the former Office of Multicultural Affairs and Office of Programs & Outreach have been united to establish the Center for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Social Change (IDEAS).  The Center for IDEAS will focus on various aspects of inclusion, diversity, equity, and social change.  Dr. Sean Eversley Bradwell will serve as Director and RahK Lash, will serve as Associate Director.
